America

America is the definition of the word “resilient!” She is friendly, sporty, and has a quick wit that will stun you into laughter! She enjoys listening to music (turn up that Selena Gomez song louder, please!) and dancing. She can't get enough of the pop and hip-hop music! She loves to stay busy, attending appointments at the salon to get her hair done, going to restaurants for lunch or dinner, and participating in various events and activities. America loves to go swimming, shopping, and enjoys trying to learn new things.

Speaking of learning, America enjoys going to school! Don’t ask her to choose a favorite teacher, though, because they are all her favorites! Her teachers say that she is kind, diligent, and that she has a good work ethic and always tries her best! Recently, America’s favorite subject has been math, “which is weird,” she says, “because it’s usually reading, and math is usually my least favorite subject.” When she gets to choose what to read, her favorites are diary-themed series, like “Dork Diaries” or “Diary of a Wimpy Kid.”

America proudly rescues spiders but is not fond of snakes. Otherwise, she loves all kinds of animals, including dogs, cats, and even hamsters, but pets are not required for America to be happy. She loves to go to buffets, can’t pass up the ice cream for dessert, and has strong opinions about Oreos.

America dreams of someday becoming a cosmetologist or a mechanic in the future but has more current goals of getting a job at a restaurant in the meantime. She also dreams of joining a cheerleading squad and currently enjoys her spot on the basketball and track teams. Are you ready to cheer America on?
