Benjamin

Benjamin, born in 2008, can be shy around those he does not know well. He will warm up and engage in conversation. Benjamin enjoys participating in sports and organized activities. He likes to play basketball as well as watch on television. Benjamin likes read, go to church, participate in church youth group activities, and work out at the gym. He is learning to advocate for himself and does well at expressing his needs, wants, and opinions. Benjamin would like to join the Army once he graduates high school. He would like to attend a live professional basketball game one day. Benjamin would like to have a forever home where his parents express their emotions and support and allows him to do the same. He would like to have parents that can be active, enjoys traveling, and is willing to support his desire to be involved with church and church related activities.

In our effort to limit the digital footprint of our children and youth, Virginia has elected to only provide photos to inquiring families. (A digital footprint could be described as a trail left behind when someone uses the internet (e.g. websites visited, social media accounts, photos, etc.). The state wants to be cautious as to who can see and potentially have access to youth’s info.
