I nominate Ms. Flora Helman at Nuevo Amanecer Latino Children’s Services as the “Caseworker of the Month” for all of her support and great understanding of our family’s needs. She has been my caseworker for four years now and, unfortunately, I recently moved from California to Texas but I still keep in contact with her. We have worked very united and never had any misunderstandings; we always worked as a team and created a great partnership. The caseworker and administrators are what make the agency successful, their dedication and commitment to their families benefit everyone, especially the children. I do not have enough words to express how satisfied I have been with my caseworker for the past four years. I purchased a fax machine so that I can work cooperatively with her, if I needed any paperwork for school or doctors for my children or vice versa we would fax the documents to each other right away. On behalf of my family and myself, I want to thank Flora from the bottom of our hearts. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
