About Vincent
Vincent is a teenage boy born in March 2011. Vincent has a fascination with storms and has expressed an interest in pursuing a future career as a storm chaser. Vincent also loves the outdoors, to include sports- his favorite being basketball. Vincent is a very kindhearted boy one on one and is very respectful to adults. It takes a long time for Vincent to open up, but when he does, he opens all the way up in a very mature manner. Due to the severe trauma Vincent went through at a pivotal age, he is still searching for his identity. With the right parent(s), Vincent can be an outstanding and influential adult.
On July 1, 2024, Florida enacted a new law (often referred to as the Permanency for Children law) that limits public access to images of children in the state’s foster care system, particularly those up for adoption. The state wants to be cautious as to who can see and potentially have access to youth’s info. Only approved, background-checked adoptive families can view photo.
