About Kayla
Kayla prefers to be addressed using the name Sam (prefers the pronouns he/him/his). Sam will be an adult soon and is learning independent living skills to include how to cook and how to search for jobs. He does well with communicating his interests and answering questions regarding his thoughts and opinions on his goals. Sam recently completed an educational milestone of obtaining a GED and has educational goals that include becoming a phlebotomist.
In addition, Sam is a resilient youth with a funny disposition. He likes to make others smile and to be accepted as himself. He can be very easy-going and enjoys quality time with others.
