About Gabriella
Gentle-hearted and authentic, there is an innocence to Gabby that is particularly endearing. She delights in small things and is openly enthusiastic about life. Those who know Gabby describe a wide open, bubbly, and sweet natured girl who loves being around adults. She has many interests and can be quite chatty when in the mood to talk. Her GAL shared “Gabby is a creative and sweet girl who has a loving nature and positive attitude.” Gabby stays busy with her many interests and pursuits. She enjoys physical activity and has fun riding her bike, playing basketball, and swimming at the pool; she also enjoys trips to the park and to the beach. A creative girl, Gabby loves arts and crafts; especially her jewelry making kits. She can be picky when eating but definitely has her favorites that include broccoli, pepperoni, salami and ravioli. Currently her favorite subjects in school are reading and social studies. Gabby is unsure about what she wants to do in the future but has a heart for volunteering and helping others.
Gabby is optimistic about adoption and looks forward to having stability, permanence and a secure feeling of belonging. Gabby, who has an understanding of adoption, has said, “I want to have peace and to live in a peaceful home.” Gabby will need a family who is loving and can provide her with structure, guidance and ways to express herself creatively. Her adoptive family will need to be trauma informed and open to therapeutic and educational services to best meet her needs. Gabby would do best as the youngest child in her adoptive home but would love siblings. She has asked for a family who will allow her to have her own room and small dog. Gabby would bring a lot of love and light to the right family.
