About Mya
Meet Mya. Mya is an energetic, bubbly, fierce, and resilient 6-year-old. Mya has never met a stranger and loves making new connections with others. Mya is an all-around girly girl and loves all things hair, nails, and pink! You can often find Mya playing with her Barbie’s, drawing, coloring, singing and dancing.
Mya thoroughly enjoys going to the local dollar store, playing outside, riding her bike, swinging on the swing set, or playing basketball. Mya has expressed interest in cheer and dance and would flourish if given the opportunity to join! Mya has a huge heart and is very generous! You can often find her trying to do things for others; she’s often trying to volunteer to do the dishes and clean the house. Mya enjoys being around other children and having someone to play with but also benefits well from having one on one time with her caregivers. Mya's favorite foods include pepperoni pizza, fruit, baked beans and chicken nuggets.
Mya is still quite young and does not fully understand the concept of adoption just yet, however, she has expressed interest in having an established family and to be able to have people that she can call her family. Mya would do best in a home with older children. Mya would thrive best in an environment that can provide patience, structure and unconditional love. Mya is truly a resilient kiddo and would make a great addition to someone’s family!
