Samuel is a wonderful young man, who was born in 2008. He graduated with his Hi-Set in December 2025. Hi-Set is a high school equivalency diploma. Samuel is extremely bright, but had some gaps in his education, the Hi-Set was used to address those educational gaps. Samuel is a handsome teenager, with an eye-catching smile, dark hair, and glasses. He is usually quiet until he has become used to those he is around, then watch out as the jokes will be coming hard and fast. Samuel loves to work (yes that is correct), enjoys building things, especially HAM radios. He is very interested in HAM radios, how they work and how people use them to communicate. Samuel would love a home that is rather quiet, where he can relax, but still have family to talk to.
