About Sofia
Sofia is described as a “born wanderer” as she adores exploring, discovering, and playing hide and seek! Sofia adores showing others love and is quite affectionate. She enjoys swinging, riding in a wagon while being pulled around, and having her sensory needs met, such as playing with fidget toys, balls, blocks, bubbles, and observing low-stimulating colors! Sofia also relishes opportunities to play in water and can always be found trying to find a source of it, even if that is the toilet! If she could have a superpower of choice, she would choose super swimming speed! She is very attached to her tablet (and doesn’t like it being taken away either!) and finds comfort in television and musical stimulation. She was spoken to primarily in Spanish and still enjoys watching television and listening to music in Spanish. Sofia loves everything about school, especially because she gets to learn something new every day. Her favorite foods are Pediasure and Pedialyte. Her biggest aspiration is to live in a family setting with plenty of space to explore and many toys to engage with. She’d love a pool or lots of time to swim and play in water! A family that is patient, kind, loving, consistent, and willing to be flexible is needed. She will thrive in a well-structured environment that places high importance on her growth and development.
She is currently in the fourth grade.
