About Ceirra
When Ceirra walks into a room, her energy is hard to miss. She is funny, outgoing, and creative, and she has a knack for making people laugh with her jokes, pranks, and playful sense of humor. Music is one of her biggest passions. She doesn’t just listen to it, she sings, dances, and even writes her own lyrics. With help from an adult close to her, she has recorded some of her songs, complete with beats she put together herself. Dancing comes just as naturally, and she enjoys choregraphing her own moves. Ceirra loves caring for her baby dolls, often carrying them in their little carriers and proudly calling herself a “good momma.” Games are another favorite pastime, from video games to card and board games. She also enjoys swimming, shopping, and making videos, especially on weekends when she has more time to play and create. Though she tried softball and didn’t stick with it, she was open to giving it a chance and handled the experience with a positive attitude.
Her favorite colors, in order, are pink, blue, green, and purple. She describes herself as a girly girl who loves getting her nails painted, braiding her hair with colorful accents, and picking out outfits when she goes shopping. Food is another joy in her life—Ceirra has a wide-ranging palate and isn’t afraid to try new things. An adult close to her says, “She enjoys all types of food and there is very little that she won’t try or won’t eat.” Some of her go-to meals are Chinese dumplings, ramen soup, fried catfish, tacos, mac and cheese, and pancakes topped with whipped cream. “Ceirra loves to cook scrambled eggs with supervision,” says an adult close to her. At home, Ceirra pitches in with chores like cleaning her room, tidying the kitchen, and putting away groceries. Halloween is her favorite holiday, and she looks forward to dressing up, trick-or-treating, and enjoying all kinds of candy, except chocolate. “She absolutely loves Halloween and all things (age appropriately) spooky!”
Ceirra imagines herself becoming a singer or musician one day, and she already spends time practicing skills that could take her there. She would do best in a home with two experienced parents, and she hopes to be the only child. A family with cultural similarities would mean a lot to her, and she is looking for caregivers who can provide patience, consistency, and love.
