About Theo
Theo (September, 2012) is a boy who loves to play. His favorite activity is playing with Legos, he enjoys Star Wars and Minecraft Legos especially. He likes playing with his other toys, playing with stuffed animals and working puzzles and board games. Two of his favorite games are playing cards and Hungry Hungry Hippos. Theo also enjoys going to the zoo, swimming and going to the park. Theo does well independently as well as in a group of his peers. Theo is talkative and enjoys a conversation, he can also be quiet and introspective, however. He has demonstrated the ability to de-escalate independently. Theo is affectionate, asking for a hug at the end of each visit with his adoption recruiter. Previous foster parents have described Theo as a sweet child who they enjoyed having in their home. A teacher at a previous school discussed Theo’s love of Legos and robotics. Theo enjoys robotics and looks for any opportunity to build and “tinker.” Theo is not a picky eater…he has discussed with his adoption recruiter his love of spicy food, especially Taki’s. Theo is attached to his older brother. They have recently begun contact again and wish to remain in contact. Theo looks up to his older brother and expresses love for him. Theo wishes to achieve permanency in an adoptive home that will allow him to be himself and continue to enjoy his interests while being open to new opportunities.
