About Denae
Denae is as colorful as a rainbow, and her art reflects this! This sweet and kind teen loves spending time observing, drawing, and coloring the world around her. She especially likes finding inspiration outside, and she proudly proclaims that she “likes them all” when asked what her favorite color is. She will use the entire spectrum of colors available to her to create her masterpiece. When Denae needs a break, she prefers getting lost in a good book and finds it sparks her imagination. She likes to daydream about having the power of time travel and imagine all the unique people and stories she’d encounter. But when she needs to burn off some energy, diving into the nearest swimming pool is her outlet of choice. Denae is known for being respectful, insightful, and a good communicator. Cats are her favorite animal, and hamburgers for any meal are sure to bring a smile to her face! Denae hopes to “be adopted by a family that will keep me safe and love me.”
As a tenth grader, her favorite subjects are reading and math.
