About Quandrez
Who says you need favorites? Certainly not Quandrez. His favorite food? “Anything.” His favorite special occasions? “Anything.” So when it comes to doing anything fun, Quandrez is pretty much up for everything. “I want to have fun,” says Quandrez about the reason he wants to visit his dream destination, which is “anywhere.” This fun-loving and easygoing guy loves being active and outside. Quandrez enjoys playing sports such as football and basketball, especially after school, on weekends and when spending time with friends. He wants to become a professional football player one day. Quandrez takes a break from his active lifestyle by watching TV and playing action-packed video games. In addition to being active and athletic, Quandrez is creative and enjoys drawing and writing. In school, he earns good grades and says math is his favorite subject. Tops on his wish list are wealth and a family. Quandrez says he looks forward to playing games and going places with them.
“Quandrez is a caring and kind young man who just wants a family to love him as he is and treat him with kindness and respect,” says an adult close to him. “Quandrez is a sweet and caring young man. He truly desires to belong and to be treated with kindness and compassion. He is an all-around pleasant young man to be around and has a warm smile that lights up everyone."
“An adoptive family should be trauma informed, attentive, patient and active,” says one of Quandrez’s close adults. “He would do best with a two-parent mom and dad home but all family types will be considered.” Quandrez is hesitant about his adoption plan and will need a family who is willing to take the time to build trust. His new parent or parents should be experienced, and they must be fierce advocates for any support services he needs. Quandrez would do best as the only or youngest child in the home. He would prefer a home with pets if possible. A family who is welcoming to Quandrez will be adding a young man with a big heart to their home.
