Alex is a special person, who often displays his great care for others by recalling specifics about them many years later. He’s got a remarkable memory, along with a wealth of knowledge. Sometimes, he playfully responds to questions with his own interesting follow-up questions, finding and sharing his delight in the recipient’s reactions with his own, unique, laughing squeal, leading to smiles. Two of Alex’s favorite foods are quesadillas with sour cream, and noodles Alfredo, and he does remember to pray before digging in! Alex loves playing UNO and other card games, as well as board games, including “Sorry” and “Connect 4”. He also enjoys playing kickball, soccer, checkers and, finally, showing off his toy car collection. Alex recently turned 18, and he muses about wanting to serve in a profession that helps others, including firefighting, police, social worker, and perhaps, even to joining the Military. He is known to have a curious and wonderous perspective on everything he learns. Alex has a close connection to his siblings, so continued contact would be very important for him to maintain. Alex very much wants to be part of a family, and he would do well in any interactive, loving, and structured adoptive family.
