About Kauron
Kauron’s name has links to a planet in Star Wars. It also can mean shrewd, businesslike, successful, serious and studious. For this Kauron, it could mean a different “ous,” as in famous! That’s right; he’s got the skills to provide plenty of thrills. Have Kauron strap on a helmet, suit up in pads and pop in a mouthguard, and you’ve got the makings of a gridiron great. “He loves all things football and will talk all day about it,” says one of his close adults. Kauron dreams of a future as a pro football player, and if you ask him what he’d want if he had three wishes, Kauron says “family, football, family.” But it isn’t just a future in football that fills his fantasy for fame. Kauron is an apt athlete with an appetite for approval in other athletic avenues such as basketball. In fact, he loves all sports, whether it’s playing them or watching them on the TV or on the sidelines. In addition to sports, Kauron likes playing chess and video games, watching TV shows and movies and reading comic books. His other favorite things include orange for color, dogs and tigers for animals and everything except fried okra for food. If he could travel anywhere, Kauron would visit Africa because “it seems cool.” One of the things Kauron looks forward to is having an active forever family who enjoys spending time together.
When he’s asked what he wants others to know about him, Kauron says, “I joke a lot, I’m unique and I’m very funny.” According to one of his close adults, “Kauron has a lot of room in his heart for others. He is witty, creative and empathetic. He is intelligent, thoughtful and creative. Kauron is insightful and focused on his goals. Kauron also is fun, outgoing, honest and loving.”
Kauron would do well in a home with or without other children as well as pets, but no snakes. “Kauron will benefit from a family that will be able to spend quality time with him and who’ll be patient with him,” a close adult says. His new family must be strong advocates for the support services that will help Kauron thrive.
