About Makayla
Makayla is a happy girl who likes to be silly and share a smile. An ideal day for Makayla would be spent outside riding her scooter or tricycle. Her day would be even better if it could be spent at the beach. Makayla enjoys practicing her modeling skills, listening to music, and singing and dancing along to her favorite songs! She also relishes playing with her toys, especially her doll collection! Makyala loves to use her iPad to watch PBS Kids and YouTube Kids. Bananas, apples, peaches, pears, it doesn’t matter what kind of fruit, Makayla loves them all! She has a communication device that she sometimes uses at school to make her wants and needs known, and she is able to grab an adult’s hand to get their attention. At school, this student prides herself in finishing her work on time, caring for materials, taking turns willingly, accepting rules and authority, and participating in different activities.
She is now in the third grade, and her favorite subjects are gym, art, and music.
Makayla would ideally live with a family in an urban area; however, all family types will be considered. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services.
