About Lianna
Li, 15 years old
My favorite things: I like dancing and art. I especially enjoy physical activities like swimming, hiking, and ice skating. Some of my favorite movies include Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Pirates of the Caribbean.
Things I don’t like: I like to stay busy and do not like waiting, but I can be patient when it comes to certain things. I like having space when I need to calm down. I do not like to share my room with other children and I value my privacy.
Favorite foods: Spaghetti, hot dogs, carrots, salad, blueberries, cucumbers, broccoli, asparagus, turkey and cheese sandwiches, pizza, and most fruit. Li is not a picky eater.
What I want in a family: I want a family who loves me and is able to spend time with me. I would like a family with two parents and an older sibling. I would like to live in a spacious house. I would like a bedroom that is not in the basement. I want to live in a safe town so I know I will not be hurt. I would love to have a pet if possible.
What I want families to know about me: I am a nice person, I like to talk, I am creative, and smart. I have a good sense of humor. It takes me a little while to get settled in, but once I do and I find comfort, I will be fine.
What we want families to know about Li: Li is bright, she has a great sense of humor, and an incredible imagination. She enjoys swimming and art. She needs patient parents who can set firm boundaries. She would benefit from an active family who can keep her busy. Li thrives from close and consistent contact with adults and she enjoys her independence. She could do well with other children in the home, ideally children who are older than her. Li is passionate about her biracial identity and would love her future family to embrace her.
