About Ayden
Ayden has a dream destination that includes bulls in his plans, but it has nothing to do with Pamplona, Spain, which is where the bulls run. Instead, he wants to go to Texas. “I could ride bulls,” Ayden says. That’s not a surprise because Ayden is the kind of guy who shows initiative by taking on projects around the house. And he loves critters. “Ayden loves all kinds of animals and enjoys helping take care of them,” says one of his close adults. He says his favorite critter is the blue-ringed octopus. When he’s not riding bulls or caring for critters, Ayden takes part in the usual young boy activities such as playing video games, riding bikes and building things with Legos. He likes playing soccer and participating in karate. “He enjoys reading and looking at books,” says one of Ayden’s close adults. “He likes to build car tracks and play with cars on them. He enjoys family activities such as camping.” Ayden takes pride in his bike riding skills and his ability to make friends. He’d likely get them to join in a rousing game of Monopoly because that’s his favorite game, and afterwards, they’d enjoy PB&J sandwiches, Ayden’s favorite food. Other things he likes include celebrating Christmas and Halloween and playing in his room after school and on weekends. He’d like to be part of a family, too. Ayden says he’s looking forward to playing games, riding bikes and spending time with them, but you’ll be happy to know that he doesn’t mention riding bulls in Texas together.
According to one of his close adults, “Ayden is outgoing and likes to joke around. He asks many questions and likes to give hugs when he warms up to you. Ayden is quick to tell you what he likes and what he doesn't. Ayden is not picky about foods and likes to try new things.”
Ayden needs a patient and understanding parent or parents who are experienced and trauma informed. His new forever family should be active and should enjoy spending time together. Ayden’s new parent or parents must make sure he receives the services he needs to function at his best. Because he loves animals, a family with pets would be ideal.
