About Janasia
Janasia finds pleasure in simple things such as sleeping on the weekends. In fact, she says sleeping is her favorite thing to do. Janasia says she loves sleeping then eating then sleeping some more during her free time. She likes going to church, and she enjoys celebrating Christmas, Easter, Halloween and Thanksgiving. One of Janasia’s favorite activities involves working with her talent. She especially takes pride in her drawing skills. “She is a very artistic and creative youth,” says one of Janasia’s close adults. “She loves to draw and paint.” When she gets older, Janasia wants to become an artist. Janasia’s favorite foods include pizza rolls and mac ’n cheese. Some of her other favorite things are purple for color, dogs and foxes for animals and art and chemistry for subject in school. In addition to drawing and painting, Janasia likes reading, watching TV, listening to music and playing video games. Most of all, she just loves to have fun, which she wants to do with a future forever family.
“Janasia is a sweet and respectful girl,” says one of her close adults. “She has recently started showing interest in caring for her younger brothers such as cooking breakfast for them on the weekends. She has a quiet sense of humor, but when she smiles, you can't help but smile with her.”
Janasia would do best with one or two experienced, understanding and patient parent(s). Her new parents should be trauma informed and strong advocates for the services that will help Janasia thrive. Her new forever family should be open to letting her maintain her close relationship with her brothers.
