About Lilly

The most common word anyone uses to describe Lilly is “caring.” “She is very kind and caring,” says an adult close to her. Her kindness doesn’t stop at humans either! Lilly cares about animals and wildlife. In fact, when she grows up, she wants to be a wildlife veterinarian. Outside of her kindness, Lilly is a great person with many interests. Lilly’s favorite subject in school is math and writing and she’s quite gifted in both. After school, you’ll find Lilly snacking on hot fries or at the mall, hanging out with her friends. On the weekends though, Lilly likes to play video games, be outside, or hone her baking and cooking skills. A couple of Lilly’s favorite things include king crab legs for food, lavender purple for color and dog for animal. Lilly doesn’t have a favorite holiday because she likes all of them! Her favorite thing to do on the holidays is hang out with family. If Lilly could go anywhere in the world, she’d choose Malta because she wants to see the ocean. Lilly is excited to be a part of a family, but she’s most looking forward to going out to eat, getting a dog, and traveling with her forever family.

“Lilly is sweet and caring, she loves animals and her family,” says one of her close adults. “Lilly is strong minded and determined. When she gets an idea in her mind she will pursue it until she succeeds or exhausts all options trying. Lilly has a big heart and is looking for the right people to share it with.” Another adult close to her shares, “Lilly is a kind, bubbly, sassy, and sarcastic individual! Lilly often connects with others through her use of humor. She loves love and is fiercely loyal. She has a beautiful soul and her dream is to be a part of a loving family.”

At this time, Lilly is hesitant about her adoption plan and will need a family that is patient as she warms up to them. Lilly would do well with an experienced mom and dad, or two moms who can give her the attention she thrives on. Her new family needs to make sure Lilly gets the services that will help her function at her best. Lilly would do best as the only child in the home. Lilly would do best in a structured home with a consistent routine. She will need a family that is willing to let her maintain relationships that are important to her. Finally, Lilly needs a family who will be open to letting her explore who she is and support her no matter what.
