About Robert

Robert is a very social kid with an active sense of curiosity and a huge smile. An absolute puzzle wizard, Robert completes several puzzles a month, many of which have 500 to 1,000 pieces! Among his other many favorite activities are swimming, attending day camps in the summer, dancing and singing, and socializing.

Robert really thrives with attention from his favorite adults and loves to explore everything around him. Playful, friendly, and very outgoing, Robert is not at all shy, especially with the adults in his life. He’s a great communicator who loves to talk and be heard!

Robert is doing his best in his daily life. Robert is working with trusted adults to learn the most effective ways to express his emotions and continues to be mostly successful in his efforts. Supported by the positive parenting skills of his caregivers, who help guide and teach him, Robert has made noticeable progress overall. His caregiver Benjamin wants to tell more people about all of Robert's amazing qualities!

Robert loves watching movies and TV shows, and will tell you all about his favorite characters, even scary ones!

Now in 11th grade, Robert is enjoying his classes and is doing very well. As he continues to navigate his school years, the support and guidance of an adoptive family would be so beneficial for him.

Robert would really like to be in a permanent home and feel like he belongs. If you are a family who would like the opportunity to welcome Robert into your family for puzzles and other adventures, we would like to hear from you. Robert needs a lot of one-on-one attention, and he works well with positive reassurance. Robert is motivated by goal-oriented systems and clear structure.
