Year-Two Diligent Recruitment Grantees
Recognizing the need to find families, especially those for older youth, who reflect the ethnic and racial diversity of children needing permanency, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services , Administration for Children and Families , Children’s Bureau awarded cooperative agreements to following seven grantees in 2010 through the Adoption Opportunities program:

- Illinois Department of Children and Family Services - Chicago, IL
- Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services - Los Angeles, CA
- Michigan State Department of Human Services – Oakland County - Lansing, MI
