About Gabriel

Gabriel is an attractive, African American young man, born in 1997, who is said to have a caring heart and a warm smile that draws you to him. He is reserved at first but is friendly. Gabriel is an intelligent young man who is goal-directed, and knows what he wants and where he’s going in life. He is focused on his academics and has aspirations of becoming an engineer. Gabriel was recently recruited to participate in the Leadership Education and Development Program (LEAP) at school and hopes to one day attend UCLA. He recently received his results from the statewide STAR testing in school and he scored in the advanced range in almost every subject. Although Gabriel has not had much of an opportunity to participate in sports, he enjoys watching soccer, particularly his favorite player, David Beckham, from the L.A. Galaxy. Gabriel loves to read science fiction books and watch action movies. He enjoys all types of food and emphasizes that he even likes his vegetables, although he admits that he has a bit of a sweet tooth. Gabriel has eclectic tastes when it comes to music, listening to anything from hip hop and rap to country music. He hopes to one day find a family who will help him grow into a successful young man and support him in his goal to one day attend college. Since Gabriel does not have any siblings or relatives to maintain contact with, he would be able to be adopted by a family regardless of the state where they live. His dream, however, is to attend UCLA.
